Her work spans children’s theatre, dance, classical plays, and contemporary writing – always with a sharp eye on the present and a deep commitment to the future.

Collaborations

Annika has built a long-standing collaboration with director Dritëro Kasapi, Artistic Director

productions to life, including Hamlet, Othello, Pinocchio, Disgraced and Enron. Several of these have been awarded the Swedish theatre critics' prize for Best Production. With The Suppliant

Women, a co-production with Al-Harah Theatre in Palestine, they pushed the boundaries of

theatre, bridging continents and cultures.

methods for building a sustainable cultural future.

In recent years, Annika has begun writing for the stage. Her debut play, Bräckt Vatten

(“Brackish Water”), was performed in a staged reading at Västmanlands Teater featuring Tiffany Kronlöf. An audiodrama version was made for Dramaqueen.
